Order Cancellations Because all sales are final and orders begin processing within 1 business day, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed. Please review your cart carefully before completing your purchase.
Pre-Orders From time to time, SqueezyShop may offer pre-order options for upcoming products. Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase. If a pre-ordered item becomes unavailable, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Subscriptions If SqueezyShop offers subscription-based purchase options, the following terms apply:
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the frequency selected at checkout.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next renewal date to avoid being charged.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will continue to have access until then.
- To cancel, contact us through our website before your next renewal date.
Refunds on Subscriptions Subscription charges are non-refundable once processed. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us within 7 days and we'll review your case.
